Looking for recommendations for a robot vacuum with a clean integration into HA, ideally with a mopping feature. Doesn't need to be overly pricey or fancy, though ideally without subscriptions or having to flash firmware. I see a lot of good things about Roborock, but they seem quite pricey and the new Q-models don't seem to interact super well without Matter (though if that's trivial to add to HA I don't mind). Thanks!

maybe take a look at Dreame D10 or L10 series, wich can be integrated through a HACS repo.
I have the Dreams x40 Ultra, which I know is outclassed nowadays in value and/or in performance by some of their other models, but the integration is very extensive regardless.
There are some neat features that were a pleasant surprise, like the app saving a WiFi signal strength heatmap of my apartment.
I’m not sure if that’s accessible via the integration though.
it seems to be that Dreame does a good job with mopping too..
