Hi i am currently playing around with assist and some ai, one of the things i would really like is to be able to say "okay nabu play music". However the probem is if i connect my spotify to HA and then my family uses assist it will play my spotify for them. Is there some solution to this something like personalized results or something more low-tech?

take a look at music assistant addon in home assistant.
I have looked at music assistant before, but how will that help assist in playing from the right spotify?
sorry, misread that info. Best way for music assistant (as i think this will provide more options) to ask is on their discord: https://discord.gg/djcHyccF
Music assistant has Spotify integration. Also it doesn't care on what's playing right now on other spotify players. And it's directly integrated with Home Assistant.
Check out the SpotifyPlus Integration; it can do everything that the HA Spotify integration can do, supports Spotify Connect enabled devices (Bose, Sonos, Google Chromecast, Amazon Alexa, Denon, JBL, and more), and provides 95+ custom services that can be used in HA automations and scripts. It also has 40+ voice assistant intents that allow you to control the player, play content, manage favorites, etc.
There is also a SpotifyPlus Card user-interface that allows you to control the player, manage your Spotify favorites, as well as search the Spotify catalog. You have to install the SpotifyPlus integration first though, and get it configured before you can use the SpotifyPlus Card.
Both are easily installed via HACS.
In your post, you wanted to control individual Spotify players independently. Easily done in SpotifyPlus by using the on player X suffice of the various intents:
play spotify artist track I Need You by artist Seventh Day Slumber on player spotify todd
play spotify artist track I Need You by artist Seventh Day Slumber on player spotify tricia
Hope it helps!

My main problem with Spotify is: if i don't have family subscription (i had Duo), i still have to put my acc to, say, Google and in the car - and when someone starts playing music at home, playback in car stops, and vice-versa. Music Assistant is solving this.

Ya, with SpotifyPlus it simply controls the player via the Spotify Web API (no streaming); so if you don't have separate accounts (players) then it shares the one. I don't have any experience with Duo, but chatGPT indicates they are separate accounts with totally separate logins (chatGPT has been wrong before though). You should be able to create both accounts under SpotifyPlus as 2 separate players. I do this with my Spotify Premium and Spotify Free accounts, and can play separate content on two different devices. It sounds like in your situation that when someone plays something at home while you are in your car, they are using YOUR account to start play and it transfers playback to the home device using YOUR account. If that's the case, it's a matter of adjusting your automations (or UI cards) to utilize the other Spotify account while at home.
Yup but I have ACC for my wife, and for myself. Then I should connect something to Alexa/Google at home - and basically it's either 3rd acc, or I need to give up on listening simultaneously in the car and at home.
As I said, one premium acc and MA solve this.
I say go with whatever works. 😄 I overlooked the "Google" mention in your reply. I think with Google (and Alexa), that it ties a single account to your Google profile, so it doesn't know to switch. I know with the new voice intents I added to SpotifyPlus that I can say spotify play favorite tracks on player spotify todd and it will use my account; alternately, my wife can say spotify play favorite tracks on player spotify tricia and it will use her account. That does not go through Google or Alexa though. But again, go with whatever works.
