Running HA in a VM on Unraid 7.0.1. Ever since a power outage last week I'm unable to connect externally to my HA instance via my Nabu Casa URL. I can sign into my Nabu Casa account but remote access is stuck on "Not connected. Trying to reconnect." I can ping Google.com from inside the VM console, so I don't believe the issue is network connectivity. Appears issue is either auth token or cloud service connection, maybe? I noticed the HA DNS servers was [ ] so I'm wondering if it's an upstream issue somewhere?

Note: My unraid server has graceful shutdown as it's connected via a UPS. In the several years of running things and multiple power outages this has never happened. So not sure how this happened.

Not sure I was supposed to but I updated via the console so the servers are 8.8.8.8 and 1.1.1.1 and still have the same issue.

Can you share the support file using the 3 dots in the upper right corner of the Home Assistant Cloud page in Settings?

Ok can you use those same 3 dots and choose reset cloud data and then restart HA?

When it returns, you'll need to sign in again on that same page and then wait a few minutes for HA to request and download a new certificate
