I am looking for a tvr. Just one.

My home has a weird set-up, one thermostat that controls a trv in the loft.

I am thinking of replacing it, using the 3 temp sensors in the house and doing and average.

I'm really not sure what would be best. There doesn't seem to be a great Solution many seem to be on or off and my fear is it will take the local temp in the loft which is cold and just make the place roasting.

I am hopeful for ZigBee, or WiFi.
And hopeful I will be able to just throw the info on a display and it could be home controlled, but a smart display .

Does anyone have any suggestions?

shelly make a bluetooth based TRV. but you would need a BT setup or proxies. shelly also sell it in a package with their BT gateway

I realise . I'm looking at instructions. Can I ignore the temp it reads and use another.

i haven't used one myself but I believe so. as long as you can control it from HA you can automate it. could even make a thermostat helper that uses its on/off commands and whatever temp sensor you want.
