To start with, no friend of Tuyaaah.. 😉 But since there is a tuya integration (or preferable localtuya hacs) you could integrate it in home assistant. I can not say for sure if all functions will work in home assistant as this depends on Tuya API. Recommendation: For reliable use in home assistant i would switch from WiFi standard to Zigbee for these devices.
