it looks like HomeMate is built on top of Tuya, so it MIGHT be possible to integrate it via the Tuya system using one of the tuya integrations.

Tuya is notorious for causing issues. depending on the exact configuration the commands may have to go via the tuya servers in china. you may also be about to flash it to esphome but there is no guarantee of that and its an advanced thing to do.

so the answer to your question is "Maybe" but you might be better off finding something that's better suited to integration.
