According to the Nabu Casa website, Home Assistant Cloud's TTS and STT services are using Microsoft Azure Cognitive services.
So why were they impacted by an AWS outage? What is Amazon's role in this, and what data is shared with Amazon?
Why is this not disclosed on https://www.nabucasa.com/privacy/?

To my knowledge azure runs the voice services only. and the NC cloud backend on AWS. however I am not sure on the specifics. I will mention it to people more important than me and maybe someone that knows more can jump in.
