#Synology 923+ with 32G RAM - VM or Docker?

New to HA and trying to decide if I should run HA in a VM or a Docker container.
I have seen people commenting 2/3 years ago about mostly using HA in a VM to get the full experience and also easier to manager the upgrades etc. However, the most recent posts I have found so far seem to prefer the Docker container route. Just wondering if there is any consensus on which option is better now. Thank you!
