Hello, I'm new and I'm trying for my Alexas at home to make at announcement when either of my Apple Devices are below 25%.

The conditions are covered already, however the action for Alexa to make an announcement I don't know how to do it

and by the way do you know if there's a way to change the state of a lightbulb without turning it on?

I did an automation where I change the colors of the lightbulbs to red and when they turn off they're saved in that state and I want them at the end to return to their normal color
