#Connect with Google Drive via Tailscale?

Hi all, feel free to redirect if this is the wrong channel.

I'm trying to set up the Google Drive (and/or Google Assistant) integrations. I have followed the guide to create Oauth credentials and add them to my HA instance, but when I go to authorize, I get "Something went wrong." My best guess is that Google can't reach my HA instance, since it's only accessible locally and via tailscale. Is there some way to allow google to access devices on my tailnet? For example, via the "Google Workspace" app connector in the tailscale config (tbh not sure exactly what this does, and I'm not sure how to properly set the ACLs for it)?

Or, would I need to go through the trouble of purchasing a domain and setting up something like cloudflare?
