Wake triggered in silence

So, I've had Home Assistant Voice preview for a while. Works pretty well, hooked it to a local Ollama, we have fun with it. Except now it seems to be triggering and offering color commentary of the status of my house out of nowhere. It seems to show it is listening without the wake word. I muted it on Home Assistant, not the physical switch, and he's still going every so often. Actually, it woke me up last night with that.

So uh... What am I missing?

Wake word has false positives. Everything in silence.
Try changing the wake word, or reducing the sensitivity.

Yeah I've had that, it's super weird. I have the sensitivity up because it just will not acknowledge my wife. Kind of a bummer for the home assistant situation because now she hates it lol
