i don't have enough details to know if it was a recent update that broke it, but hass and zigbee2mqtt randomly stopped working together a day or two ago.
both are up and running fine, and i can connect hass to zigbee2mqtt via the integration successfully, but none of my devices are available.
did something recently change with hass that i need to reconfigure? thanks!

i have. i also tried rolling back to 2025.10.1 and 2025.10.0.

can you check if the adapter port has changed during updates? Look at hardware>all hardware and compare with z2m config
