I'm trying to find the cheapest projector that doesn't need an IR blaster and can select a video or folder to play (like from a network or USB stick) via HA automation. I have two projectors that I use to project seasonal/holiday things into my windows currently controlled with Broadlink RM4s, but the projector software is a little unreliable. I've done everything I can to optimize button presses, account for delays, etc and I'm still not happy with the results. I don't want to spend thousands of dollars but I also want to get deeper HA integration so that I can reliably have certain media autoplay and be able to verify the status in an HA dashboard.
