How to hide toggle button on light

I'm using an Entities card configuration and I'm wondering if there is a way to hide the toggle button of a light? Ideally, I'd love to replace the toggle with a pencil, which would be like tapping the row to interact with the entity, but if that's not possible, I'd like to hide the toggle button so you'd have to tap on the row.

Add type: simple-entity to the row config.

There's an example in entities card doc about it I think.
