#do I need to reflash?

In my haste to get set up I forgot owner password. I attempted to use the monitor keyboard method to reset (ha > auth reset —username, etc) but would consistently get “unknown error see supervisor”

Finally got interactive to work but it appeared password wasn’t taking. Support ticket informed me it was logging keystrokes just not showing on the screen. That’s probably on me.

Ultimately due to impatience I think I bricked and need a reflash. Please confirm I need to reflash with SD method? Was running v16.2

yeah reflashing is probably a good option at this point.

Flashed SD using Balena, stuck it in HA green and booted now stuck here

Making progress thanks all! Switched straight to modem vs mesh and that fixed it.

Looks to be booting then runs thru a bunch of statuses, dies and goes dark. No LED no auto reboot.

I’ve reflashed the SD 2x and can’t get past this point.

Seems like you just need to wait a while. Is network connected?
