After looking around the Web I have come to the conclusion of making my own dashboard. I paid for a few and they always seem to have configuration issues. Can anyone point me to a good indepth video to watch? Preferably with the latest updates (or close to) to make my own.

Only tip i have, is a stupid one... lol : Don't overdo it. Just ask yourself, what do i want to do with my dash without clogging it up with stuff you don't need. Turn on/off lights, clock, temperature control, shedules/agenda.
There are plenty of examples out there, just dont pay for them.

Go on reddit and search for dashboard on r/homeassistant you will find plenty of examples and everyone on there is likely to share how they made it. If not happend already in comments or the original post

First I would search a theme that i like to start, the second thing i would do is imagine what do i wanna create, you can do it on a paper or just in your head if you'll remember it, you can also try finding some addons with hacs (including the themes) to get some new cards like bubble cards, i use it for pop ups and things like that, card mod, etc. I made these two dashboards if its helps, anything ping me. (Also, the white thing on the last dashboard its a map)
