Hi there, can you check whether you got any updated ToS in vesync app? I got one and after accepting it, it started working
How did you look? When I open the vesync it is just the main page
Last firmware update on my air cleaners the integration would not connect, had to remove the integration and reinstall it, works fine now but get a notification from them that an unknown device logged into my account
I have the same problem as @barren rover
Multiple issues were fixed in 2025.10.2, some of which were introduced in 2025.10.0
Try updating and see if the issue is resolved.
