Hi there. I upgraded to a paid subscription yesterday (my trial lapsed). Even though I subscribed yesterday, I'm still getting the message "Remote access is being prepared. We will notify you when it's ready." Is there anything I need to do to bump this along?

Yes, first thing to try is a reboot of the system (not a restart of HA) or signing out and back in again on the Home Assistant Cloud page in HA.

Hi, can you access to the Nabu Casa web?
Yes, I can get into Nabu Casa web to manage my account. Under remote access it says "Your instance is not connected to Home Assistant Cloud."
I'll try a reboot of the system and let you and @spring quiver know what happens. Thanks for your help!
YES!!!! It just took a restart of the Pi to get me connected up. Remote access shows as connected in the app and on the server, so I think I'm good to go!
