Within Telegram Bot i'd configured three different allowed ID's. If i send a message via Develer tool/Actions to one of them i'll get this message:
Failed targets: XXXXXXXX. Please verify that the chat IDs for Home Assistant have been configured.
Maybe it could have something to do with the length of the characters. The relevant ID has 8 characters, the two IDs that work have at least 10 characters.
