How would you tackle this?

I want to look at a snapshot of a Unifii camera and determine whether someone has left their shoes on the doormat, and then alert based on that. Perhaps person detection can be the trigger, but I only want the alert if they HAVE left shoes there. I can't find a blueprint that allows for this.
