You can try some of the other new experimental auto-dashboard types.

Just create a new dashboard and try either Home or Areas dashboard.

thanks ill check those out, also i heard theres an option to make a floorplan and arrange devices overview like so ? any guide on how to do that too ?

hmmm tried the other existing dashboards but nothing gives me what i want, like id love to keep what i have but segregated better more like this:

Just make your own dashboard is the way then.

You will have to play around with sections to achieve that.
You're just rearranging the layout, no need for any extra tools

but do i really need to add every single entitiy manually ba hand, or is there a way to add this entire "card" i just posted "office_figure_display" for instance (idk what is this elemental called)

You can also copy cards from another dashboard

If you hover over a card or tap it once on mobile you should see a three dot menu

You have to be in edit mode

yea but u cannpot edit the OG dash, il lmake a copy of the OG where i can do the "take control"

Now that your new dashboard is a Panel View you can move entire sections around and your layout should be doable

"will no longer update automatically" only means whenever i now create a new area, add new entities etc, just means they wont appear on my cutom dash automatically but i have to add them right? not that the stuff i add there stops updating o nthe data and i need to do that "wiring/automation" too

Everything works in the background just the frontend won't automatically show new entities

yea this is exactly what i wanted, wether vertical or horizontal separation but exactly as i imagined, now at least i know how and can play around!
