#Roborock integration not connecting to the vacuum

Hi, I have recently (since the vacuum cleaner FW update) a problem with not being able to connect the (official/core) Roborock integration to the vacuum cleaner.

The model of the vacuum cleaner is Roborock S8.

Sometimes it randomly connects for a while, but then it doesn't go again for maybe 2 weeks (entities are N/A)

HA has one network card in the same VLAN as the vacuum cleaner.

I see these messages in the LOG when an error occurs.

Does anyone know what to do about this please? Or any advice on how to debug this?

The vacuum cleaner can be controlled correctly through the Roborock APP.

I see that according to the errors HA can not communicate with the vacuum cleaner, but ping from HA to vacuum cleaner IP goes (they are also in the same L2 segment)

have you already rebooted ha ? running latest OS? If your answers are YES then post logs roborock and give detailed network setup.

This is also happening to me. Randomly the integration stops working then comes back on its own.
