I have enrolled my 914 Kwikset (450241) door lock and it is showing as a generic z-wave device I cannot control or do anything with. I have z-wave lights that function (although I noticed they are enrolled with the "Highest Security" of None) so the z-wave network is solid with good signal. I am using Z-wave JS and the device is currently enrolled, but no information regarding the manufacturer or model is being pulled into Home Assistant. Am I missing something or is this lock not compatible?

The lock supports S0 security but enrolls with no security even when I explicitly say allow legacy S0 security. It was working perfectly through Alarm.com connecting to a Qolsys IQ 2+.

I am using an Aeotec Z Stick 10 as the device on a VM in Proxmox. It is passed through using resource mapping. Using HAOS.

I have a Kwikset 912 which is enrolled under "S0_Legacy" for security and presents all the values as expected. I would guess you won't be able to make much progress without figuring out the legacy S0 encryption. These are pretty old locks so I'm surprised it had an issue pairing. Have you run exclusion to remove it and tried adding it back?
