check supported cams at bottom of page.
I don't know what is PTZ. I use a cheap Tapo C210 and works like a charm with HA. You can find a lot of info everywhere about the configuration
@delicate swan PTZ is Pan, Tilt and Zoom, these are feature to control camera. Normally available when you arr using camera apps

Reolink is generally not better than Tapo. Ofc a expensive reolink will be better than cheap tapo, but in same price range tapo beats most reolinks. I work with surveillance cameras and reolink is one of the brands that we get the most into the repair shop for faulty parts or production errors. Sure reolink may be better for HA alone because of the freedom it gives, but generally Tapo is better
