I have successfully setup about 30-40 Tuya smart devices with Smartlife. Now trying to venture with home assistant using the hub provided by my condominium service provider. I can't figure out what are actually happening. Can anyone explain what wrong had I done ? See the photos for issues.

Ok it seems the date is the date of secondary information (last changed)

From your first pic: I think that is just a side effect of the Tuya devices. Perhaps, sending the request and then getting the response back. They are WiFi/internet based so there can be a bit of lag.
Second pic: The Off is just a label, not actionable. Date (like you mentioned) is last-changed. The switch in the lower portion is actionable.
