Hi, any recommendations for "good" wall-powered air quality sensors (Zigbee/zwave)? Ideally I'd like to put a sensor in every room that detects:

Temp
Humidity
VOCs
PM2.5
CO2

I think we may have a mold issue (could be something else too, but the issues do correlate with when we saw the mold). We recently had ANOTHER (5th) leak in our apartment, this time where mold is visible.. Maintenance has "taken care of it" but my Ecobee still shows a large spike in VOCs at night, after automation turns off the air purifiers. I value accuracy, particularly on VOC's. My understanding from another post is that the IKEA ones have an "index" and are not very accurate. I think what I'm looking for are "absolute" values rather than "relative".

Any thoughts? Appreciate any input!

Edit (for context):
I also read that the sensor is not very accurate either.
After discussing with Ecobee, that is not actually measured in "μg/m³" it is "ppm" (which correlates with the raw data from their website export).
Lastly, according to Ecobee support, the index that the Ecobee uses will go to 200,000ppm.
