I need some recommendation of cheap although good options for Motion Sensors, I have https://a.co/d/cXoCoAe THIRDREALITY Zigbee Motion Sensor in mind but post says it requires a HUB, wonder if this hub is my HA :p there is also this https://a.co/d/fldAGjE and https://a.co/d/3Dhr2KQ which of this three would you pick? Any other suggestion?

the hub/bridge will be a zigbee coordinator connected to ha, various devices available. Personally i am satisfied with the smlight SLZB-06 coordinator. On HA side you can either run a combi of zigbee2mqtt and Mosquitto broker addons, or an all in one solution named ZHA integration. There you can pair devices etc. Question: are you looking for motion sensor that will trigger event if detected, or a presence detector, that will trigger as long as anyone is near sensor (distances can be tweaked)
just look for the sensors on AliBahBah and look for zigbee compatible. (and try to avoid Tuya stuff)

ThirdReality nightlight/sensor. The motion sensor is ok; definitely good for bathrooms, ok for medium hallways by fairly lax standards. The RGB light is useful for either nightlight or notification purposes.
The interesting part is that while out of the box it's mains powered, it's actually USB powered, with a plug-in little USB power supply so you can use any 5v USB power supply and USB extension cable.
Being mains powered, it's also a zigbee repeater.
