I use ZHA

Issue is that in the blueprint the controller doesnt show up, and there cant configure, and bind a hook

You'll have to contact the maker or edit it yourself.

But I see the blueprint expects the device model to be called "RODRET Dimmer" with ZHA but I see "RODRET wireless dimmer" as model in your screenshot.

I already manually edited that, didnt seem to fix it.

have that too, go to devices and search remote, copy device id and paste in blueprint/automation
