My matter/thread devices no longer are usable, and when factory resetting and re-pairing, get stuck on "setting up". Anyone been through this?

Unfortunately I went from a ISP provided router where pretty much every setting was locked to a Ubiquiti DR7, so there's no easy way for me to pull settings from it to the new one. Not even a way to view device assigned IPs on the old one

Matching the IP address of the subnet would have hanbdled most of the prioblems.
Then it's a matter of services and rules that may be missing, but they tend to stay generic on the client end with ISP firewalls.
Of course Ubiquity has their own idea about things. They can be more annoying that ISP's. That's a different problem.

Got it. I will see what I can make happen on that side. Would that be impacting adding Matter/Thread devices even after a factory reset?
