#Is this smart lock set up right for me?

I have gotten haos installed on a thin PC. I plan to get the following Z-Wave setup for my front door. My goal is to ensure a solid and stable connection, so that is why I suppose I chose z-wave:

  • Zooz 800 Series Z-Wave Long Range S2 USB Stick ZST39 LR
  • Schlage BE469ZP CAM 622 Connect Smart Deadbolt with Alarm with Camelot Trim in Matte Black, Z-Wave Plus Enabled

I later plan to get some zwave motion sensors and light/plugs.

Is this setup overkill or in the wrong direction? WOuld love any feedback from those more experienced.
