Would be awesome if Home Assistant implemented a sidebar (layout-card), so that the dashboard style Dwains Dashboard brought to us through a integration, would become a standard core layout.
We see alot of the functionality first given to us by Dwains Dashboard, slowly gets implemented in the newer native home assistant releases, like the area based home dashboard.
So what I'm asking and really hoping for, is that they also make a sidebar (layout-card) that uses the same area auto entity magic as they introduced in home dashboard.
