i have connected my esp trough com1 port everything seems to be fine but as i press prepare for first time use its just stuck on connecting? the esp is with espeasy, but now i want to use esphome

the com port is working, i pressed and held flash button on the esp, still same issue

have you done a clean build in esphome? Then try again as you have done above.

maybe use another data cable, just to be sure.
