Anyone here familiar with smart smoke detectors? I ordered https://www.amazon.com/-/en/dp/B0C6QRHHQW and want to set it up in a way where if it detects something it gives visual indication (LED or smth) and a notification through HASS, and if the notification wasnt acknowledged within 60 seconds it starts to beep. so it gives me a bit of time to react

no one?

Obviously no.
A) Please stop creating the same post again. You just bumped this one about 10 hours ago (without adding anything relevant - which would actually also be against the rules).
B) The link you posted here and in the (meanwhile deleted) re-post, does not lead to any product. Thus nobody could ever tell you, if the ones you ordered actually can so that.
C) I doubt that any code compliant smoke detectors would keep silent for 60 seconds, when smoke is present. That could be a deadly function. E.g. loosing a full minute to escape, when the room is filling with smoke while someone is sleeping.

Are there dyi (selfmade pcb+3d print) projects that achieve this

No response in 24h does not warrant re-posting.

Rule 7

Use the correct channels or threads for your messages. If there's a better place for the current conversation then use it, and don't post or link to the same thing in multiple places. Also check the description in each channel before posting, as extended rules may exist for that channel.

I suggest waiting and/or providing more information.
And sometimes nobody has an answer.

i have tried a few commercial ones now, a expensive shelly and a cheap tuya, they all wont do what i need them to. i will probably have to comission someone on fiver to design one and then buy the parts and let the case be printed

The reason why such a device does not exist is called "common sense". Of all bad smarthome ideas this is probably one of the worst. I hope you only endanger yourself and not others.
What I hope even more is that you abandon the idea entirely.

Totally agree. Such devices need to meet high standards and laws. I won't buy a cheap one or make one myself

no, I never said that anywhere
it would be safer if you got a proper, code compliant smoke detector that you didn't tamper with

Some kind of pre-warning might be done with a PM2.5 sensor, using a value below the detection threshold of a code compliant smoke detector.
But finding right PM2.5 conditions would be trial and error. And it doesn't replace a proper smoke detector.

I would check smoke detector regulations for your home in your country, in my country this would not be allowed

Just don't start a garbage can fire to test whatever you put in, that would be bad.
