How to push dashboard to monitor?

Pi set up, running all on local only currently. Stuck on standard black and white home assistant display.

At the stage where the basic infrastructure is set up, but before i progress with editing dash/theme, im finding it hard to find out how display my dashboard on my monitor/tablet. Is there a link anyone can point me to if this is a FAQ

Tablet, use mobile app or a browser. Monitor, on the pi screen you don't. Anywhere you can pull it up with a browser though.
