What version of the app are you on? And are you on iOS 26?

I tested on iOS 14 and 16 and was unable to load or access the interface in the app, including Safari. However, the desktop browser works fine.

This issue is exclusive to version 10.0 beta; the stable version 9.3 does not exhibit this problem.

we do not support iOS 14 I think. But 16 should work thinkspin

There's an exactly same issue in the issue tracker but no cause yet so if you can investigate that would be great.

I’m on iOS 16 as well, have the same issue with the latest beta.
Downgrading to 2025.9.4 “fixed” the issue.
While trying to access the app or through the browser- its stuck as in your videos.

Weird thing is it says I’m connected and logged in - just not showing the ui.

I want to help diagnose this but don’t know how. The logs on the phone, home assistant host and supervisor show nothing.

iOS 18/26 work fine on other devices

Last beta should have fixed it
