I dont use any integration for it, just mqtt. Just never had it appear there before. No not ignored before

The newly discovered coordinator should start the migration flow for ZHA. You can still only have one ZHA integration running for now, but it’s easier to migrate between coordinators now, as they’re all discovered.

there's no new coordinator. i've been using the SLZM-06M for a few months now and it's the only Zigbee coordinator that's plugged in at the moment. HA decided to discover it after the update

That’s not ideal obviously. Mind downloading diagnostics data for the ZHA integration and posting that here? Not sure that gives us all the needed data, but I wonder if the serial path is different for the ZHA integration and the newly discovered device.

Mine is slightly different - I'm not using ZHA, but it has not been autodiscovered in this way before the beta
