Redownloaded to 4.0.0, restarted HA, went to add integration and got this

Spook 4.0.1 paralyzes HA (205.9.4).
After updating to 4.0.1 HA is hardly usable, if at all. lots of log messages about timeouts of various integrations.

/config/integrations/dashboard didn't load anymore, hence I couldn't deactivate Spook.

Now restoring my backup from last night...
