Hello!

I've been able to connect my HA instance to the companion app on iOS26.

I have got local network access enabled and have deleted and installed the app numerous times. HA doesn't get detected automatically, when I type the address in http://HOSTNAME.local:30103 and tap connect, the app doesn't do anything. I have also tried using the IP address directly.

Is this a current bug or am I doing something really silly? I have the latest version of the iOS app and HA.

Installation method: Home Assistant Container
Core: 2025.9.3
Frontend: 20250903.5

I can load HA via the web browser on my phone using the hostname and IP, so I know these are correct.

Any advice would be appreciated 🙂

Solved - You have to select the text of the button, NOT the button itself. Annoying little bug there 😛
