Hey all you clever people! Newbie here. Please help or guide me in the right direction. CasitaProblem I have 2 battery Ring devices. The backyard Ring (Doorbell 2nd Gen) works great, and I can configure automations with the ding and motion. The front door Ring (Battery Doorbell Pro) doesn't have a ding / event. I have uninstalled and reconfigured and done just about everything I can to try and sort this without asking for assistance. In the Integration -> Ring, this specific doorbell shows up as "Unknown Doorbell by Ring " when looking at the Device Info, where the backyard ring's details is correct and complete. The backyard (2nd gen) shows 10 entities (Battery, Ding, Last Activity, Back Camera, Motion, Motion Detection, Volume, Last Recording, Signal Strength, Wi-fi Signal Category), where the Front (Pro) only shows 7 (Front Camera, Last Recording, Volume, Battery, Last Activity, Wi-fi Signal Category, Signal Strength). Your time, patience and assistance is much appreciated

maybe firmware upgrade?

and this is what the deep black void of AI says: Potential for New Models: While the integration supports Ring devices generally, some users have reported issues with very new models not being immediately recognized with all features. For example, a recent issue on GitHub mentioned a "Ring Wireless Video Doorbell Pro" being detected as an "Unknown Doorbell" with missing motion and ring events. These issues are often resolved with subsequent Home Assistant updates.

though i read that it can be integrated in HA using the ring-mqtt option. Just read google etc.
