#Govee Integration Initial Setup Issue

I'm looking to add this Govee integration to HA: https://community.home-assistant.io/t/govee-integration/228516

I have it installed in HACS, and I got an API key from Govee. When I go to Settings -> Devices and Services -> Integrations and click "Add Integration" Govee is available to choose. When I click that, I get options for "Govee Bluetooth" and "Govee lights local". Clicking on either of those pops up a box asking if I want to start setup, and clicking okay there ends with the message "no devices found on the network."

(I know the "Govee Bluetooth" one is wrong, as I already was using that for a temperature sensor before even loading HACS. Side note, that is also bugged and will only see 1 of the 4 temperature sensors I have in the house.)

I can't seem to find anywhere to enter the API key or anything else. If I click on the govee integration within HACS, I don't see anywhere there to enter anything either.
