i upgraded to v2025.9.3 this morning and noticed my CPU spike due to HA's python3 service trying to load the config (running in docker).
downgrading back to 2025.9.1 takes things back to normal.
i don't see anything funny in the logs. is there something else i can do to pinpoint the problem?
