I just upgraded from 2025.8.3 to 9.2 and all my Eve Homekit devices failed.
Example errors: ValueError: -6 is not a valid HapStatusCode
Rebooting did not help so I reverted from backup which fixed the problem.
Any ideas?

I had the same issue with nanoleaf homekit devices. Restoring a backup from 2025.9.1 seemed to fix it, something must have changed in 2025.9.2 causing it.

I can see some changes from @gritty dagger to Homekit in the changelog

I had the same issue.
Nanoleaf Bulbs via Homekit over Thread (Skyconnect w/ Multi-Protokoll)

Had to use my backup and have gone back to 9.1
