double check the login credentials and check if you can log into the unifi portal with the local user used for hass. Other than that, it may be worth restarting your unifi network application which will reset the login attempts (though I don’t know why it fails in the first place)
I’ve run into the same log error, and restarting my unifi console fixes it for me, but I don’t want to take down the whole network. Every now and then I see my entities show unavailable and it’s the same error, but if I wait long enough it resolves itself
