Is conbee 2 compatible zigbee 3? device not found

Trying to add a zigbee roller shade. Manufacturer says any zigbee 3.0 hub should work, but they specifically call out tuya hub.

I can get the device in pairing mode (confirmed by led), but zha doesn't see anything 🙁
