So the reason I wanted to try home assistant out is because i read it can control my furnace fan with the temperature off my thermostat. a little backstory of what i want to accomplish.
Recently bought a wood stove this spring and it is downstairs with a temperature sensor for a nest thermostat (sensor is downstairs with the stove and thermostat is upstairs) i would like my furnace fan to come on when the temperature on the thermostat gets above 21C, how would i go about adding this automation, no too sure on what to put in the "fan operation mode" box.
if i could get some help that would be greatly appreciated
