Pretty straightforward, curious of folk's opinions. Right now I've got a mix of ThirdReality ones (Zwave), Zooz (Zwave), and SmartThings 2014 ones (Zigbee). The circular Zooz ones seem to break the most often, but the square ones are flawless. ThirdReality work great but their detection angle seems to be a bit poor.
What's your favorite? Why?

I’ve had an Aqara “lumi.motion.ac02” in my porch now for a year and it’s given me no bother at all. It just works. It has a detection interval setting and a light sensor. I also have about 5 of the very basic Sonoff MS01. No real complaints but they are not in any way fancy. Also either the old or new ones from Ikea. All of those are Zigbee.

i quite like the frient Motion Sensor Pro (MOSZB-140) been very reliable for years, recently added an Aqara FP1E Presence sensor that is great super fast to respond and never doesn't detect a person.
also have 2 ikea VALLHORN and they a bit shit, sometimes dont detect movent other times are very slow cant recomend them at all which is quite disapointing because the rest of the ikea stuff is good

Oh I didn't see the FP1E was out now, awesome. I've been wanting an mmWave radar for a few rooms. Looks great! Guessing you're using Z2M? I haven't been able to get Aqara stuff working without Z2M. I've heard the VALLHORNs are kinda unreliable too, thanks for the confirmation.. 🙁

My VALLHORN has been fine. But yeah given a choice ikeas earlier motion sensor was better. I have one of each in the kitchen. ZHA if it matters. Sonoff have a very basic Zigbee mmWave sensor as well. SNZB-06P. Seems fine but it’s basic as mmWave stuff goes.
As far as mmWave goes check out the everything presence stuff. WiFi though.
