Whenever I open the home assistant app, it ALWAYS takes me to the overview dashboard, despite the fact I have disabled it from the sidebar and set another one to the top. How can I basically get rid of the overview dashboard completely? Or at least stop this from happening..

You have to set the default dashboard. Click on your username in the sidebar at the bottom. Then, scroll down a bit and you'll find the default dashboard.
