Hi, i am going to trash my old zigbee dongle, wich is working "fine" in HA using mosquitto and Z2M. I bought a smlight slzb-06 and want to know if there is an easy option to migrate without pairing all devices again and changing my automations. Thank you in advance ! Running haos in proxmox vm, slzb-06 connected by PoE.

Which adapter are you currently using? In many cases, it's possible to migrate to a new adapter without re-pairing everything: https://www.zigbee2mqtt.io/guide/faq/#how-do-i-migrate-from-one-adapter-to-another

Assuming it's a CC2531 or 2530, unfortunately you will need to re-pair everything

There is one exception, when switching from a CC2531 or CC2530 (Z-Stack 1.2) to a CC2652/CC1352 (Z-Stack 3) re-pairing is required.

@jagged hemlock just for info.. removed old usb stick and set port setting to tcp in Z2M. Rebooted devices and ha, all working including automations.

had to try it firtst 😉 sometimes that pays off i guess lol
