Hi guys
Ive recently migrated my home assistant from SD to SSD. Almost everything recovered smoothly when i used the recover from upload. Except 2 of my addons (visual studio code, esp home builder) fail to start on boot and manually. Ive checked the logs of the addons and only get
exec /init: input/output error
Ive checked the supervisor logs and it shows
AddonsJobError('Rate limit exceeded, more than 10 calls in 0:30:00)

Have you rebooted the HA host (not just restarting HA) after restoring a backup.
Without a reboot following, add-ons often misbehave.

Yes i have rebooted the host via the ui, the red reboot not the yellow yaml reload
I have also updated the os (not supervisor) as i though there could maybe be a mismatch in the newly installed supervisor and host and rebooted after but no change

Do you have access to a terminal/SSH session?
You could try a Supervisor repair.
ha supervisor repair
Followed by a reboot.
