Hello, I bought used ha green, and when you turn on, an authorization window appears. I wrote down a 4GB card on a micro sd recovery image, used windows 10, a https://www.balena.io/etcher/ program, and a green-installer-20240410.img.xz image according to the instructions.
I turn off the green, insert the card, turn it on, it flashes yellow 8 times and then stops, it is impossible to connect to it. I also tried another 128GB card, the same thing. If you run without a card, you quickly flash yellow, then rhythmically and again there is an authorization screen where you need to enter a login and password. How else can you reset the settings to factory settings? If I turn on the device while holding the on button, the yellow light bulb does not turn on constantly, this method also does not work. The salesman ignores me.

A cross-platform tool to flash OS images onto SD cards and USB drives safely and easily. Free and open source for makers around the world.

from pc, can you ping from CMD the following? > ping github.com < and see if you receive a reply.

#

picture show me two things: 1 - there still is some previous data on sd. Format first.. 2 - system cant resolve github.com, wich will be likely a DNS issue... check internal network> ping from pc to github.com

It's ok

dark badger

ok, no dns issue. have you tried the rest as mentioned above?

#

also how long did you press the button during boot for reset? should be 12 seconds for cold shutdown

Without micro sd, it loads like this. He kept the power button even longer than 12 seconds, then pulled out the power cable.
